Cognition Global Concepts Limited strives to leave clients satisfied with their investment in the Company’s products and services. Our clients have the responsibility to take consistent actions to implement the tools and strategies from the program in order to achieve the results they seek.
Cognition Global Concepts Limited offers a 30-Day Refund Policy on the EntreCoach™ Mastermind Program. To qualify for a refund, you must submit a proof that the actions they took did not move them towards the desired result or outcome.
In the event that you decide that the EntreCoach™ Mastermind Program is not working for you, you must contact us within 30 days from your first EntreCoach™ Mastermind session to let us know you would like a refund by the next day before 11:59 GMT.
You must submit your coursework with your request for the refund. If you request a refund and do not submit your coursework by the next day after the 30th day, your request for refund will be declined. The proof you need to submit your refund request with includes ALL of the following items:
- Your EntreCoach™ Roadmap tool, fully documented, labeled and signed off.
- Your Key Breakthrough Action tool, fully documented and labeled with key officers.
- A detailed description of the work done by you and each of your key officers as identified on the KBA, and the results achieved by each of you.
- A copy of your email/letter to The EntreCoach™ support team requesting support to get you on the right track with the Program tools.
We will NOT provide refunds if your request for refund is made after 30 days of your first Strategic Design™ Workshop. After 11:59 hours on the first day following the 30th day, all your investment in the Program becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you attended subsequent masterclasses during the year.

How we protect your personal information
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cognition Global Concepts Limited or its officers, employers, employees, contractors, directors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all liabilities and expenses whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay, arising out of, or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the Service(s), excluding however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by the Company, or any of its shareholders, trustees, affiliates or successors. Client recognizes and agrees that all of the Company’s shareholders, trustees, affiliates, and successors shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of the Company
