10X CLUB REFUND POLICY
We make the commitment to ensure that you (our Client) is satisfied with your investment in the 10X Club Program. We enforce this commitment by providing structure, tools, and concepts for you to accelerate growth. You have the responsibility to take consistent action in implementing all the 10X Club Program’s concepts, tools, and strategies to create the results they seek.
If you decide your investment in the 10X Club Program is not the right fit for you, you can make a request for a refund of your full payment within 30 days. Simply contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you would like a refund. , with a clear explanation of why you’re not happy. Request for refunds made after 30 days of using the service for the first time will not qualify for the 30 Days Money Back Refund.
THE CRITERIA FOR REFUND
To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did fully implement the concepts, tools, and strategies taught or shared in the Program, and they did not work for you. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If your request for a refund does not include your coursework and received by the 30th day after your first 10X Club Workshop, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit your refund request with includes ALL the following items:
- Original copy of your Business Model tool containing all the 9 important blocks, fully documented and labeled.
- Original copy of your fully documented Roadmap tool, highlighting key priority areas.
- Original copy of your KBA tool with strategy champions and detailed explanation of what each champion did.
- Evidence that you implemented your Roadmap tool, and an explanation of the steps you took.
Cognition Global Concepts will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of your investment.
PAYMENT OF YOUR INVESTMENT
No refunds will be available 30 days after your first participation in the 10x Club Workshop Program. After the first 30 days, your investment in the 10X Club Program becomes non-refundable and you are responsible for the full payment irrespective of whether if you completed the program or not.
To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made in full. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and let us know at email@example.com.
