If you register an online account with us, you will be asked to supply the following information:

You may log on to your online account at any time to order products when they become available.

If you have not registered an account with you, you will be given the option to create one or complete your order without registering an account. If you choose to order without registering an account, you will be asked to provide the following information

How we store and use the above personal information.
We store your personal information in a secure database. We do not use the information in the database for any other purposes than facilitating your future orders or to permit us to notify you of masterclasses, products, services, and features offered by Cognition Global Concepts Limited.
We do not store your credit card numbers or expiry dates in our database. Therefore, you will be requested to re-enter your credit card information only, when next you place an online order.
The personal information we collect when you apply for our Programs.
To participate in our Program, you will be requested to complete an application form and provide the following information to us:
- Name
- Company name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Email address
- Business phone number
- Home phone number (for emergency use only)
- Description of your business
- List of professional/trade associations to which you belong, if any
- Information regarding your:
- Personal income level (within a bracket)
- Credit card information (or cheque)
In addition, you will be requested to complete and submit an income verification form to be signed by your accountant or submit a copy of your most recent Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
How we use the information collected when you apply for a masterclass.
The personal information you provided to attend the masterclass is used to place you in the masterclass that is most appropriate for you. This is to ensure that you are able to get the maximum benefit from your participation in the masterclass.
Also, we use your contact information to keep in contact and follow up with your progress throughout the quarter and to notify you of relevant new masterclasses, products, services, and features offered by Cognition Global Concepts Limited.
How to opt out of receiving communications from us
You can opt out of receiving communications from Cognition Global Concepts Limited at any time if you wish. You can do that by following the instructions in each such communication or by letting us know by email at info@cognitionglobal.com. Please allow six to eight weeks to fully process such request.
If you change your mind and would like to start receiving communications from us again, you can do so by emailing us directly at info@cognitionglobal.com.
Sharing and accessing your personal information
Cognition Global Concepts Limited does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. This site is only accessible to current clients and the Roster will be visible only to participants in your specific masterclass series.
Please note that other clients placed in the same masterclass because of their respective income bracket may know your income range, also.
Transfer of personal data abroad
Given the global nature of the Internet, collection and processing of information over the Internet necessarily involve the transmission of data at an international level. Personal information may be stored in servers hosted in countries outside Nigeria, including the United Kingdom and the United States. As such, your personal information may be subject to the laws of other countries, including the United Kingdom and the United States, where the data protection and other laws may or may not be as comprehensive as those in Nigeria. Personal information may be disclosed in response to inquiries or requests from government authorities in the United Kingdom or other countries in which Cognition Global Concepts Limited operate. We retain personal information collected from you when you request information, register an account, apply for a masterclass, and/or order a product online for a period of 15 years thereafter.

- To be better able to chart your progress through the masterclasses;

Also, your personal information is retained in a secure database, which is only accessible by password and is protected by the use of firewalls.
Program Sessions Monitoring
Cognition Global Concepts Limited may monitor and record your Program sessions for quality assurance and staff training purposes. These recordings are voluntary and you are not required to participate in them.
